One-click sync enables Screening Made Simple (SMS) to be an offline-first system which means SMS only requires internet connectivity during the sync itself. App functions including creating, editing, and deleting records are all available offline. Our one-click sync feature not only syncs up all field data and images (such as fugitive leak images), but also checks to ensure data-integrity is sound. This means it cleans up older unnecessary records (such as repaired fugitive emissions) to ensure field devices never run out of storage space or require maintenance.
Automated Sync With Zero Data Entry or Dashboards
Gone are the days of importing or uploading CSVs to a dashboard; instead, SMS’ one-click sync transfers all records and resolves any conflicts without any administrators needing to enter any data. If a local data record conflicts with a remote data record, SMS’ algorithm knows which record should be overwritten. This is based on our company’s 7 years’ of experience in recording effective and compliant LDAR data.
All data contained within SMS is maintained on the app itself, meaning SMS does not require users to exit the app and visit a dashboard for central reporting. Instead, all compliance reporting and monitoring can be done on each device and the data shown is custom tailored for that user’s role. For example, Administrators can review all fugitive leaks at a well site, map said leaks on Google Maps, print out all Repair Work Orders, and even generate the yearly Directive 060 compliance reporting without ever needing to leave SMS!
